Wow. Just had a death-defying experience. Reminds me how fragile life can be.

Went out with my family on Christmas Eve for dinner at Sun with Moon. Then we were walking around the Central while we waited for our turn. Just so happened that as soon as we walked past this area, we heard some cracking sound and then, the glass panal from the second floor came crashing down.

It all happened so suddenly!!! The glass pieces were like flying everywhere then I got cut at my leg. Pain lah. But I was like imagining had we not walked early, we could have been smashed by the whole piece of glass! Luckily no one got seriously hurt. So scary. Then some wise crack uncle still kidded," Wah! Singapore snowing ah!" -.- I shall walk with caution when I go to the Central again. My mom swears she'll never step into the Central ever! Lol. Drastic.

Dinner at Sun with Moon was nicey! Their salmon sashimi was super thick and chewy! Yum. So fresh some more. Then their beef! Oh my god, so juicy and tender! I could have died there and gone to heaven. But its darn expensive lah! =p luckily got Daddy to foot the bills. Hee.

It's now exactly 12.00am. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! =)

I just fried a ...

lizard
Yep. I was like, toasting my bread. Then I accidentally dropped sugar in the oven. So I took the bottom layer out to rid the sugar in case ants come. And then i saw it, this black shrivelled up 'thing' and I touched it... >_<

So I was like, what's this that won't get off!!! I was observing real hard what it was then I realised it was lizard. Burnt alive!!! And you can bet I was screaming my head off. That disgusting shit.

I TOUCHED IT TOO!!! BLECH!

Off to do some homework! I've been procrastinating too much. =(

Freaking Orthodondist is conning me of money!

As in I usually get the wires of my braces changed or tighted, but today, I went for my checkup and all she did was to cut away the loose wire with a plier. Like, thanks huh, I paid you $200 to cut away wires? You think I cannot do that?! Travelling to Toa Payoh and back takes me 1+hr and I only stepped into the clinic for 1 minute. Sheesh! Her money is so easily earned.

I am so bored..I gotta go out!!! Lifeless...

Yay! Finished with the metro SIF today. So happy!

I was damn angry with metro yesterday. They somehow give me the feeling that they are hypocrites, like they are doing such things only for publicity. Charity indeed. One example out of the many would be that they keep urging us to sell cookies instead of just the standard bears and said that its because the cookies cost more. So then I asked if this is because there will be more money for charity. They were like..umm..no. its because its nearing the expiry date and we don't want to waste our cost. What?! Its because they want to cover their expenses? Nonsense. So I totally didn't bother with promoting the cookies. Its like cheating people's kind intention for doing good deeds. There were other cases that made me mad too. But well..Im too lazy to recall.

Today was a whole lot better. Someone kindly donated $100 and said what we are doing is really great. Then she asked how many of us were working, I said 4. Then she took out 4 ferrero rochers out and gave it to us, and said," keep up the good work" I was so touched.

Then there was this family. The woman donated $2 so we gave her one bear. But the son stole a balloon from us too. But we just gave it to him since its not much. Then the father wanted to give us money too without knowing that the mother already gave $2. The mother stopped him saying she already gave $2. Then I think the father knew that his son is not supposed to get the balloon so he just quickly turned around when his wife wasn't looking and threw in 10 bucks. =)
